All the vets at Claridon Equine are fantastic with my nervous little pony. She used to be so stessed with other vets but the ladies from Claridon are so kind to her that she is at ease Yesterday she had a strangles injection. The 2 vets were calm caring and so lovely to our pony and to us. Our pony was completely relaxed and did not feel a thing. Thank you so much. I recommend 100%

Everyone at clarendon from reception to the vets are amazing. They are so thoughtful and compassionate especially when your animals are very poorly. Dawn on reception has been great and helped us on many occasions. I highly recommend them x

Brilliant as they always are in the times that I have been there with my 2 rescue dogs. I dont live nearby but they are worth travelling the distance for!.

Diabolical office staff that don't give 2 hoots about the welfare of the animals they are dealing with. Definitely gone downhill since Rob owned the practice! Was more interested in receiving £53 for a vaccine than leaving bute for a pony with a serious known reaction to vaccines. When advised they hadn't left bute (i actually borrowed some so he wasnt left hobbling) and now had a haematoma and supposed to be at HOYS next month . I was advised their vets was back to back and wouldn't come out and to a) get another vet and b) I was advised that i wasnt concerned about his welfare when I didn't give him bute before the vaccine and I should have come and got some! Never in my life of owning horses have I ever had such a terrible experience with a veterinary practice supposed to be caring for animals!!

An excellent location for a park and ride but I went to use Covid testing facility. Not very good. Had to wait too long, staff nowhere to be seen but were in a building 3' from my car. Luckily my frantic waving at someone 100 yards away paid off as they came and woke the tester up. I was not allowed out of my car so couldn't knock on door.

Excellent. Very safe with vet coming to car to collect pets and bring back. Great information about animals given. Highly recommend.
